Missouri Awards New Call Center Contract to YoungWilliams
YoungWilliams has been awarded a contract to establish and operate a new child support customer service call center for the State of Missouri. Located in the capital, Jefferson City, YoungWilliams' staff plans to handle in excess of 840,000 incoming child support calls each year.
New Hanover County, North Carolina Awards YoungWilliams Full Service Child Support Contract
YoungWilliams has been awarded a contract to provide full service child support services to New Hanover County, North Carolina beginning August 2006. Under the agreement, YoungWilliams will provide paternity, enforcement and legal services to the county.
Wyoming Awards Paternity Consulting Contract to YoungWilliams
YoungWilliams has been awarded a contract with the State of Wyoming for Paternity Establishment Consulting Services. Under the one year agreement effective August 1, 2006, YoungWilliams will review Wyoming's paternity establishment program and will design and implement changes approved by the State to its paternity establishment process.
