An innovative leader in the child support community, Alyson Campbell, has joined YoungWilliams as Regional Vice President. YoungWilliams to Provide Statewide Child Support Services
The Mississippi Department of Human Services (MDHS) has awarded YoungWilliams a contract to operate child support offices serving approximately 256,000 child support cases in 65 counties effective October 1, 2016. YoungWilliams is currently serving 16 counties in southwest Mississippi. When added to its current contract, YoungWilliams will now handle over 300,000 cases in the 82 counties in Mississippi, making this a statewide operation.
Key Bank and YoungWilliams Enter Strategic Partnership
YoungWilliams President Rob Wells announced today that two leaders in their respective industries, YoungWilliams and Key Bank, have entered into a strategic partnership to provide electronic payment solutions to state child support programs around the nation.
KeyBank, originally established in 1825, is one of the largest bank- based financial services companies with more than 1,200 branches and 1,500 automated teller machines (ATM) in 15 states. YoungWilliams is one of the nation’s foremost providers of child support services with operations in 10 states.
New Mexico Awards Customer Service Support Center to YW
The New Mexico Human Services Department Child Support Enforcement Division awarded a two-year contract to YoungWilliams for operation of its Customer Service Support Center. YoungWilliams began answering incoming phone calls on July 1, 2016 and expects to respond to 25,000 calls each month from child support customers. As part of its commitment to New Mexico, YoungWilliams plans to implement a world class contact center using state of the art technology and highly skilled professionals.
Colorado Governor Appoints Jeff Ball to Colorado Guidelines Commission
YoungWilliams’ El Paso County, Colorado project manager has been appointed by Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper to serve a four-year term on the Colorado Guidelines Commission. YoungWilliams’ Attorney Christine Eigel just completed a term on the Commission.
The Commission is charged with reviewing the guidelines that Colorado uses to determine the amount of child support that should be paid by one party to another. The Commission is required to issue a report every four years to the Governor and General Assembly of the results of the review and any recommended statutory changes.
Stapleton Appointed as VP of Customer Contact Centers
John Stapleton has joined YoungWilliams as Vice President of Customer Contact Centers. John will provide executive oversight of YoungWilliams’ customer service center line of business.
An accomplished senior operations executive, Stapleton has over 24 years leadership experience. His background includes management of global multi-national contact centers, where he acquired extensive knowledge of project management, workforce optimization, and process improvement experience.
The El Paso County Child Support Office was the first Colorado County to reach $50 million in collections in 2015, an accomplishment that no other Colorado counties can claim. For the first four months of calendar year 2016, the El Paso County office has collected nearly $23 million, and is expected to have another record-breaking year.
YoungWilliams has operated this office, located in Colorado Springs, since 2011. After a public procurement process, the County Commissioners signed a subsequent contract in 2016 authorizing YoungWilliams to continue operating the County’s child support program and its Parent Opportunity Program (POP). With collections of over $12 for every $1 spent, the El Paso County child support program is one of the most cost effective programs in the country, twice the national average for cost effectiveness.
YoungWilliams’ Project Manager, Loretta Everett, has been elected to the Eastern Regional Interstate Child Support Association (ERICSA) Board of Directors. Everett has served the child support program for over fourteen years, and has managed the firm's Knoxville, Tennessee office since 2013. She holds a bachelor degree in criminal justice from Tiffin University, Tiffin, Ohio.
YoungWilliams signed a multi-year contract with the State of Nebraska today to continue to operate the child support program for Douglas County, and provide legal services for the programs in Dodge, Colfax, Dakota and Cuming Counties.
President Rob Wells announced that Dale Currie has joined YoungWilliams as its Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). Currie is a Certified Public Accountant with 30 years’ public accounting experience, and was a partner in KPMG LLP, one of the “Big Four” international audit and tax firms, for over 20 years.
