YoungWilliams has been awarded a new contract with the Virginia Department of Social Services (DSS), Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE) for operation of its Child Support Customer Service Center.
On August 26, 2008, federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) Commissioner Margot Bean presented an award for Exemplary Customer Service to the Virginia-YoungWilliams partnership operating the Virginia Customer Service Call Center (CSC).
YoungWilliams President Rob Wells announced a new contract with the Wyoming Department of Family Services (DFS) to provide child support services for over 19,000 cases in five judicial districts. YoungWilliams will establish offices in the cities of Cheyenne, Laramie, Evanston, Green River, Lander, and Douglas.

The Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services (SRS) awarded YoungWilliams a contract to provide child support enforcement services for the 16th, 20th, 25th, and 26th Judicial Districts covering twenty-five southwest Kansas counties. Operations will commence February 1, 2008.
The State of Oklahoma awarded YoungWilliams a contract to provide full child support services for the counties of Bryan, Atoka, and Coal. The YoungWilliams office, located in Durant, provides services to approximately 3,500 cases in the southeastern portion of the State.
YoungWilliams Awarded Contract with Mississippi to Process Katrina Cases
In November 2006, YoungWilliams was awarded a contract with the State of Mississippi to provide legal services to establish paternity and child support orders on 10,000 cases for the 42 counties that were affected by Hurricane Katrina.
YoungWilliams was recently awarded a new contract with the State of Nebraska to provide legal services to 2,800 child support cases in four counties in Northeastern Nebraska: Dodge, Colfax, Cuming, and Dakota.
